Due that some factory replacement parts ( if required ) are priced much higher than others we will need to estimate these for you on site, all pricing in book are for general supplied parts only

The Service Call

As you call in we set the appointment and dispatch one of our technicians. As the technician arrives he/she will make sure to park as not to block access to your home.When you invite us in we will remove or cover our shoes to protect your floors

 

We will ask a series of questions to locate the problem. At this point it would be helpful to know where all of the heating or air conditioning components are located and how to access them.

 

After inspecting the system we will inform you of the problem and provide you your repair options.

   The repair will proceed ONLY after your approval and all cost have been discussed. Depending on the extent of the problem you may be presented with options for an upgraded system. By doing this we can help you do what’s best for you and your family.

If the part is an instock item we will replace it, on the spot. If we need to order it we will provide you with an estimated date to return. (in most cases 1 to 2 days) Upon ordering we do ask for the Service Fee and 25% down for the ordered part.

 

   

After the part arrives and is installed we will perform a full system check, this will ensure that the system is working properly, and there won't be any unexpected problems.The home is also inspected for any inefficiencies that may be improved. Finally we will collect the remainder (75%) of the repair bill and provide you with a receipt.
